High-Capacity Antimony Ore Crushing Plant (500TPH) Commences Installation in Myanmar

MYANMAR – LIMING Heavy Industry is proud to announce that a major industrial milestone has been reached with the commencement of installation for a high-capacity antimony ore crushing plant in Myanmar. With a processing capacity of 500 tons per hour (TPH), this state-of-the-art facility is set to become a cornerstone of regional mineral processing.

Advanced Engineering for Superior Performance The production line features a meticulously designed multi-stage crushing circuit, engineered to handle raw antimony ore with a feed size of up to 800mm. The primary crushing is handled by the robust C5X Series Jaw Crusher (C5X950x1250), renowned for its large crushing ratio and high efficiency in demanding environments.

Following the primary stage, the material is processed by the HPT300/F2 Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher. This advanced secondary crusher ensures a consistent and high-quality final product, reducing the ore to a precise 0-10mm output. This fine output is specifically optimized for downstream grinding and beneficiation processes, ensuring maximum recovery of high-grade antimony concentrate.

Supporting Local Mineral Value-Add By providing a turnkey solution that includes F5X Vibrating Feeders and S5X High-Efficiency Vibrating Screens, LIMING is not just delivering machinery, but a comprehensive processing ecosystem.
